JailBroke iPhone 4 4.3.1 to 4.3.2 can't receive VM or SMS

I was already jailbroken on my iPhone 4 4.3.1 and unlocked with 1.59.00 baseband and my subscriber is At&t. At this time, I do not need the unlock but I don't wish to lose it just in case I may want to use it down the road. I updated and jailbroke to the current ios 4.3.2 using Sn0wBreeze 2.6 a couple of days ago. Shortly after, I noticed I was not receiving SMS messages and my Visual voicemail could not be activated. I did install UlraSn0w and the Fixer, along with pushfix.info. At first, it helped and I could get VM's and SMS's, but then it acted up again. I have since updated the
UltraSn0w to the current version and removed the UltraSn0w fixer. It's was working fine again, until this morning. I was unable to receive Voicemails and I missed a few MMS's that were sent last night, but, I was able to receive sms's. It appears that I have to constantly remove UltraSn0w, reboot, then reinstall UltraSn0w for it to work but only for a while.
One last thing I noticed, I had to manually install Winterboard right after the jailbreak.
I thought I might have had a corrupt install, however, I did it again and have the same results.
Please advise.

A lot of people have been reciveing problems wit 4.3.2. Jailbroken and Unjailbroken. I have even had problems with the 4.3.2. My only option I can give you Is to Downgrade back to 4.3.1. Hope you got them shsh blobs buddy.
