Winterboard wont install on 4.3.2

Winterboard will not install on 4.3.2 untethered. it comes up with the error message "cannot comply",

Spoken to Isurenix and he is running on 4.3.2 with winterboard installed working fine. no idea what to do.

solutions please?

You might have a corrupted Cydia file, the best thing is to restore and rejailbreak again.
It should fix your winterboard problem.

Make sure you let cydia competely get done downloading the packages before trying to install one

I had MANY problem's while I was on 4.3.2, Heck, I had problems trying to Update to it. Best thing to do in my opinon is to just go back to 4.3.1 Its obviously more stable.
