Help, Can't call in or out or text!

I was recently constantly running out of disk space and could not figure it out. I went into ifile and deleted a couple of files including crash reports and other seemingly unimportant files. Now I cannot make or recieve calls or send/receive texts! It does not ring or anything when I make calls, no messages appear. This happens with perfect cellular reception, full bars. Is anyone aware of any troubleshooting steps or anything that might help?

Have no clue unless you know what you deleted probably need to so a restore on the device
