iPhone 3Gs 4.3.2 Jailbreak

Hey guys, so I'm trying to jailbreak this iPhone 3Gs which is the new bootrom. At the moment it's in DFU mode and I need to update it to 4.3.2 and the only way to restore for Windows XP without upgrading baseband is Sn0wbreeze. So I went through the whole process using iReb to bypass the 1600 error but now I'm getting the 1618 error. Any suggestions on a fix guys? I really appreciate it!

Have you updated your itunes to the latest yet ?

Edit you can use Redsn0w RC14 to put your iphone into DFU mode and then restore to custom fw of 4.3.2

Yea I did update my iTunes. Wait but how could I use Redsn0w when I need to preserve the baseband and I don't have a Gevey as a unlocking tool.

You run redsn0w, there is an option " put iphone into dfu mode " . and then perform this action.
You can use redsn0w rc6 to do it.

You are not installing cydia from redsn0w.

+1. you are only using redsn0w to put into pwned dfu mode, not to jb. You should not select "Cydia" or anything else, just the dfu mode.

Once redsn0w gives the message DFU done, now run itunes and shift + restore to sb cfw of 4.3.2

What firmware is now on your iphone before restore to cfw ?

Bear in mind, if yoo want to unlock at 4.3.2 with preserved baseband, you might also need to install ultrssn0w fixer to get enough signal bars.

I am going to create a cfw of 4.3.2 from SB and restore to it on my 3gs but downloading 4.3.2 is taking fowever, it says here 3hrs to download, and it stalls a couple of times due to slow internet here, urghh.
