Default iPhone 4 just updated to 4.3.2

Hey i just updated to 4.3.2 from 4.1 and since then all ive noticed is that my signal strength is at 1 bar. Im on AT&T so i don't require a unlock, does anyone have any light on why this might be happening?

Also ran the latest version of redsn0w to jailbreak it.
When i turn on numeric gsm it says -113 and doesn't move

Before you restore, make sure you point your hosts file towards apple server.
You can either delete the line in hosts file : gs.apple.com
or Run TU > advanceoption> unchecked set hosts file to cydia upon exit > save it and close it.
Now restore to 4.3.2 again so that your Baseband can be updated.
Once you have restored successfully , let your atnt sim activatie it.
Now jailbreak it with redsn0w RC 14 in xp2 compatibility mode.
You will now get more than one signal bar on your iPhone
