Is there a way to jailbreak and unlock 4.2.1 bb2.10.04?

Ive heard some people with 4.3.1 has their phone unlocked.

If someone can point the way to unlock this people, that would be the best thing ever.

ultrasn0w unlock, no. Unless you pay for imei unlock. Look in unlocking section for vendors still accepting unlock requests.
