JB 4.3 help

Hello all:

I am a newbie to this and I am a bit confused. I have reading a LOT trying to learn how to JB my iphone. All the reading have gotten me confused because the info is misleading. I have found that I can JB my phone in some of those readings and that I can't in others. I don't want to lock my phone so I am coming here for help.This is waht I have:

-iphone 4 at&t
-ios 4.3
-baseband 4.10.01

Can I JB it or do I have to upgrade? to 4.3.1 or 4.3.2?
I would appreciate any help and if you can point me to a guide better.

Upgrade to 4.3.2, and use redsn0w rc14 to JB.

Can I update using itunes?

Yep, you can update to 4.3.2 using itunes if you prefer. jailbreak after itunes is done.
