iTunes deletes my ********** apps!

Hi guys,

I'm sure you guys have gotten this a lot but I can't find direct answers. Basically, when I sync my iPod into iTunes, it does its thing, then when I go back to my iPod, all my ********** apps have been deleted by iTunes. Then I have to manually go back and download everything all over again. Is there an option in iTunes that will prevent them from deleting my ********** apps? Thank you.

I'm gonna go against forum rules and help you out. This could cost me my mod job....ok to get the apps in free and nev deleted, and free not to forget, just hit they buy app button. Once u have that , u can sync and they will be the free and never erase
