redsn0w JB stuck at uploading ramdisk iOS4.3.1 untethered

I did upgrade the iOS to 4.3.2 with itune using one of ipsw file download version 4.3.2 d/l from iclarified site. After done update with itunes, I use redsn0w 0.9.8cr14 with check mark on cydia to JB the phone but it stuck at uploading ramdisk step. please help me wat to do next

Try different USB or different user on your operating system

you right, windows 7 screwed up. I use my macbook, it works like a charm.
