15 seconds + to open any app

Hello, I really didn't know where to post this so, correct me on the right place to post this if I'm wrong.

I recently restored my iPod touch 4G 4.1, still 4.1; because FaceTime wasn't working, and I got that working. my problem now, is that for my MobileSubstrate, I have Activator, ClockHide, DisplayStack, FiveIconDock, HDREnabler, IconSupport, Infinidock, MoveLockScreenToUnlock, Multifl0w, NotificationGrip, PerPageHTML +, PreferenceLoader, Rotation Inhibitor, Winterboard, and libhide, libstatusbar; and it takes approx. 15 seconds + to open any app! It's driving me crazy to wait 15 seconds to open Settings. I also have a fair amount of memory open considering I'm running PerPage, but do you guys know which MobileSubstrate slows things down? Thanks guys.

I would update to latest firmware that's jailbreakable and then install one by one testing each time u install to see which one is causing this delay

Hmm...thanks, but my themes aren't compatible with newer updates like 4.3. So I'm not really sure what I should do. I was hoping someone had some personal experiences with some of these MobileSubstrate apps.

AfterNotes: I went into SafeMode and it still takes 15+ seconds to open. I have about 112MB of RAM open, with about 3GB open out of 8GB. And plus the fact that I just restored, does anyone have a clue?
