Help stuck in the infinite recovery loop!!!

I was trying to downgrade my iPhone 4 from 4.3.1 to 4.2.1 and now the phone is stuck in the dreaded connect to itunes loop. I've tried fixing the recovery through Tinyumbrella w/ no avail. I've also tried the Fixrecovery 42/43 from TinyUmbrella's website and that doesnt work either. I had my shsh saved from 4.1-4.3.1 so I know that I am able to downgrade. Can someone please help me with this issue?
