having issues sync to itunes

im not sure whats going on but my idevices they are always getting stuck while doing a sync it just stays ay prepairing to sync and nohing happens?

Have you tried it on another computer or even another user on your same computer? This happened to me recently and it was a problem with my iTunes. I think I just reinstalled iTunes but see if your phone works with another iTunes so you can tell if it's your computer or your phone

Also if you have messed with your hosts file in the past then you'll want to remove that. If you don't know what I'm talking about then you wont have to worry about that
