iPhone 3GS stuck on itunes restore mode

First of all i am sorry if this issue has been posted already

I tried to jailbreak my iphone 3GS to 4.3.1 last night and while going the process my phone got stuck and now im stuck on itunes restore mode
when i try to boot it with Greenpois0n it shows "unable to mount filesystem"
"no successful firmware download"
my iphone is on the new boot rom
if anyone knows how to fix this, please help me!!!!

Also having this problem...found no solution but to downgrade...

Which firmware did you downgrade to?
