How to restore jailbroken iPhone without shsh files? $10 reward inside

I can't seem to find what I'm looking for with the search and I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for but I cannot get my iphone to restore and I assume it's because i didn't back up my shsh files?

Anyway I was playing around with my iphone importing some CAF files and I all of a sudden lost 1/3 of my icons, most of them being the stock ones (ap store etc...)
Without thinking anything of it I figured I would just restore and get my phone back to the last backup.

The phone is/was running on 4.1 and I used greenpoison to JB about 4 months ago. I never knew or bothered to back up my shsh files (I do now after all of this reading)

So now my phone got stuck with the apple logo and I've put it into DFU mode to restore to any (i don't care) firmware so I just have a phone to use for work. I get a 3194 error most of the time and I've tried going into the host file and adding the additional line of text as an admin. I've also tried using tinyumbrella but I don't think it helps me at all since I have no saved shsh files.

I have tried downloading the 4.1 firmware and doing a shift/restore to that but i'm getting a 3002 error on that. I've tried to get the phone out of recovery loop with tiny but it errors out. I have also tried restoring this on 2 different comps with the same result.

I'm out of ideas. If anyone can either post or link me to something that would get me back to a usable phone I would send out $10 via paypal.

your going to have to go to 4.3.2 without blobs.so remove the gs.apple lines from the host file and restart computer and restore to 4.3.2. without blobs thats your only option

like an idiot I go and try the hard stuff first and overlook the easy stuff. I actually tried to restore to 4.3.2 and it didn't work and I moved on to 4 hours of extra work. So after you posted this info it hit me that I probably had the phone in restore mode and not DFU and that's why it didn't work the first time?
