Upgrading to a jailbroken 4.1 to a jailbroken 4.3.1

Hi,

I've been considering for a while about updating my firmware to 4.3.1 from 4.1. I have an iPod Touch 3G.

I want to do this without losing all my game data (as well as the games themselves) and the cydia and winterboard files.

Google really isn't helping me with this and i was wondering if there is a possible way to do this or a link describing how to do it.

easier than i thought.

see i thought updating would totally reset the ipod, seems i was wrong.

Don't use redsn0w RC13, use RC14 , it is untethered JB.
