    Default Big Problem!

I have an iphone 4 jailbroken running 4.2.1...
    well I did...
I recently installed vmoji 4 for the phone and realized it was causing the phone to lag, so I went to uninstall. When I restarted the springboard, the phone stayed stuck on the black screen with the white circle.
I tried rebooting the phone, just to get a screen stuck on the apple logo with the white loading circle.
When I plug it into the computer, itunes does not detect anything wrong with the phone, except the phone will sit there repeatedly vibrate.
I tried just restoring the phone, however, every time that I do I get an error saying that my device is ineligible for the request build.
    what do I do??

Do you have an untethered jailbreak?
    Do you have SHSH saved?
Have you used TinyUmbrella in the past?

yes i have an unthethered jailbreak.
yes i have saved my SHSH
and yes i have used Tiny Umbrella.
I actually tried with tiny umbrella to restore and it would not allow me to do so. I got error 21 through iTunes and when I used greenpois0n it said that jailbreaking failed.
I have tried everything. It will not even let me restore and update to factory settings.
I don't care if it is jailbroken or not at this point.
    Any ideas?

Rather, delete the entry in the hosts file referencing apple. No need to delete the whole file itself.

I just deleted the content in the hosts file.
