Default Cydia not saving SHSH files to 4.3.1 anymore?

I option+restore in iTunes from 4.2.1 to 4.3.1 smoothness, so Apple is still signing it. Then I jailbreak with redsnow and tried to save SHSH for 4.3.1 with TU but no avail. iSHSHit from iP4 failed too.

04/16/2011 18:49:58.953 CYDIA DOES NOT HAVE YOUR SHSH FOR iPhone4 4.3.1 (8G4) THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO GET THEM. SORRY. YOU ARE JUST TOO LATE.

    Any thoughts?

seems that alot of people didn't get their 4.3.1 auto saved by cydia, if you didn't use tinyumbrella or iSHSHit to manually save them then it's probably too late, which according to your post doesn't make much sense since you were able to restore to 4.3.1 without them so apple is apparently still signing 4.3.1
In the end we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn only to be washed away. For the time that I've been given, I am what I am.

After I upgraded and JB'd my 3GS with 4.3.1, I saved the ipsw file I used to restore and JB. I figure that if there ever was a problem I could restore back to the saved ipsw file and repeat.

In TU advanced tab I unchecked "Request SHSH from Cydia, and saved SHSH file
    in my computer.

So Apple is still signing 4.3.1 but Cydia refuses to save them!

nope, it doesn't work like that, if it's a stock ipsw then you will have to have shsh's to restore to it, if it's a custom ipsw created with pwnagetool or sn0wbreeze then your method will work
