Cant downgrade from 4.3.1 to 4.2.1

I been able to downgrade my 3GS in the past with no problem, with the help of tiny umbrella.

So I tried to restore my iPhone 4 because of 4.3.1 glitches. My phone came installed w 4.2.1. So I followed the steps online for the iP4.

Now, tiny umbrella crashes when I hit exit recovery. Then I tried Fix Recovery and it does it process yet it comes back to connect to iTunes screen.

Can the iP4 be downgrading? Am I missing a step?

Do you have 4.2.1 shsh blobs saved?

Yup that's the first thing I did when I connected my iP4 to my pc.

And you are running tu as a server correct?

Yes, I also tried that.

Are you getting any errors

I start the server, then start iTunes, do that restore from the downlaoded fw.

Tiny Umbrella does it thing. I get all the way then get error 1013. Isnt this when I hit Exit Recovery?

1013 is a server error you need to edit the apple server strings

I had 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

When I checked again it was changed.

Ok, so I was doing everything correct but it still wasn't working. So I found a video of another person having the same problem.

Do all the steps like usual, but at the end do a normal jailbreak with greenpoison and the phone reboots as a fresh install.
