Urgent help with restoring data

Hi all

I was on iOS 4.0.1 and used AppBackup and PKGBackup to backup all my apps etc. to a folder on my desktop.

I then done a full restore back to factory settings so that I could Jailbreak to 4.3.1, which was successful.

Now I want to inport my backups. I've downloaded AppBackup again and when I try to open the app it just crashes back to springboard.
I have also opened PKGBackup and there isn't an option to restore my data???

Any help much appreciated.

Im not sure if appBackup is yet compatible with 4.3.1 but i know pkgbackup is. There is an option in pkgback to restore. It creates a contact with the backup info. Is that in your contacts?

I've done a bit more research and can see that allot of people are having trouble with 4.3.1 and appbackup.

Crap! I have no contacts! Well this is yet another problem, starting to wish I stuck with 4.0.1. Doesn't look like PKGbackup has done anything??
