    Default snowbreeze created ipsw not compatible?

    thats what it tells me when trying to restore 3gs to firmwARE 4.2.1

    Get another copy of the 4.2.1 FW from a different site. Sometimes firmwares might have errors when we download them.

    The reason this happened is because the ispw is indeed a different size and you HAVE to use sn0wbreeze's method (from greenpois0n) of putting the phone into a different kind of DFU. Follow the complete instructions in sn0wbreeze, and you will find that it will indeed work. You cannot just make an ispw in sn0wbreeze and restore. Follow the directions, and you will be fine.
