    Got the 4.3.1 upgrade done with redsn0w JB. Only thing I see different is the number of bars indicating signal strength. Is the 3g signal actually weaker now or has the signal stayed the same and the bars are not truly indicating strength anymore?

    Ah, I take it you're seeing just the one signal bar all the time, right?

    If that's so, install ultrasn0w--even though you may not want, need, or can't use the unlock, it'll fix that cosmetic issue.
