Somethings wrong with my iphone

iPhone 3gs 3.1.2...It was jailbroke when I got it but it don't seem to be workin right and I want to jailbreak it again but I read about losing your baseband or something like that...

What program do I need to use to jailbreak it and not mess up the bb or anything

and is there anyway I can save everything I downloaded off Cydia so I don't have to dl it all again

u can create a custom firmware using dev team tools for mac (pawnage) or snowbreeze for windows

restore it to the custom firmware and enjoy

Snowbreeze creates a custom ipsw that you load through itunes, that does not upgrade your baseband so you maintain your unlock.

no, it does not save your downloads from cydia, you need pkgbackup for that.

get sn0wbreeze and the ipsw of the firmware you want to update to..

and no it doesnt save ur apps from cydia. ull have to reinstall thoughs unless u back up
