Worth upgrading a 3gs on iOS 4.1 to 4.3.1?

My wife's iPhone is a 3GS with old bootrom on iOS 4.1 and BB 5.13.4 unlocked with ultrasn0w. Is it worth the "trouble" upgrading to iOS 4.3.1 (with pwnagetool for bb preservation because of the necessary unlock) or should I leave it as it is because it runs just fine?

Just by asking this question shows I'm inclined not to update.

The update to 4.1 was a bit problematic because of some pwnagetool bugs that eventually got fixed.

How did your update and unlock go?

actually i dont really see any difference. Since IPHONE is rather small so multi finger tasking is really useless...
