    Default Cannot Comply 4.3.1 FIX!

    I wrote a fix for the cannot comply issue in Cydia when trying to install files with lower iOS firmware dependencies, made for 4.3.1 though but should work for others.

    This is currently the only way to get DisplayRecorder for 4.3.1
