    Default Jailbreaking iPod Touch 4G

I've been trying for a few days to jailbreak my brother's new iPod Touch 4G, but I've been running into problems. When using redsn0w 0.9.6rc9, he jailbreak freezes when it is updating the ramdisk, unless I tell it not to install Cydia. IS their another program that I can use that will install Cydia? Would it be tethered or untethered? It's running iOS 4.3.1.

Yeah, I tried that with both Administrative Privileges on and off.
I'm using Vista if that matters.

It got a bit further on, but it still froze.

    I was using RC9.
