Double Home Tap goes staright to Safe Mode

I'm having this weird issue. My phone has been working great, then yesterday I decided to download a couple of apps. I started with backgrounder and then all of a sudden when I double tap home, it goes straight to safe mode. I removed all the apps including activator and sbsettings, however the phone is still having this issue.

Any ideas?

sbsetting->more->mobile suibstrate

turn everything off, then respring, see if it happens. then re enable everything 5 at a time till the problem is found.

Thank u so much for ur help. Been a long time jailbroken user and never knew about this feature. Issue was with snappyhook.
