iPod touch won't stop restoring/updating to 4.3.1

I think I upgraded wrong. I downloaded the 4.3.1 update last night, and tried to update my iPod touch 4g to that , but now my iPod screen is stuck on the loading bar almost full and iTunes is "Restoring iPod software" at almost full too. Both of them haven't moved since they got to that point, and when I tried to restore back to 4.2.1, iTunes gave me a 3419 error, saying the device cannot be restored. Before all this I had a 4.2.1 jailbroken with greenpois0n. How do I get out of this?

Well if u saved ur shsh then use that to go back to 4.2.1....if u didn't save them then go use another USB port or pc to update to 4.3.1 and try again

If you're talking about TinyUmbrella, I've never even touched that.
