    Default [HELP] Upgrading from 3.1.3 to 4.3.1

    Hi guys, I am planning to upgrade my 32GB iTouch 3g MC from 3.1.3 to 4.3.1 but i don't want to lose my app data. Is there any way to upgrade without losing app data? Really appreciate your help. Thanks
