Issue w/ lockscreen themes after 4.3.1 JB

hey everyone. i've been trying to figure out why i still get the shadow box of the default lock slider after i use another LS theme.
i have searched around different sites for this particular issue and havent found anything.

ive tried sublimelockhd, typophone, weather elements, htc weather... and i still get the default box.

anyone have a fix for this?

rum posted a fix for this in the Elite pro HD thread, the files can be used in any theme
