Hi everyone,

Posting this for a friend. He is telling me that when he tries to connect to Cydia to do upgrades and such that he is getting a message that says "Socket is not connected". What exactly does this mean?

I told him that maybe it's a connection error to the cydia servers and to keep trying. Any help would be appreciated.

I did a search on this topic and saw it show up once in a theme thread but no answer was given so I'm sorry if this is somehow a repeat topic.
