    Default phone icon turned to white blank

    I jailbroke 4.3.1 with redsnow 2 days ago & have had no problems, but when i went to use my phone this morning the phone icon has disappeared and been replaced with a blank white icon.

    Does anybody have any ideas what maybe the cause?
    ive tried respring & reboot to no avail.

    strangely i just updated themeit through cydia and the phone icons back!
