Upgrading iOS

I installed cydia and i dont want it anymore. i also have 4.2.1 and want to upgrade to the newest 4.3.1. Will the new upgrade remove cydia? is there anything i have to do before upgrading? Is it easy to remove?

No if you dont want to be jailbroken then just upgrade like normally through itunes.

If you want to keep you jailbreak use sn0wbreeze, redsn0w, or pwnage tool ( mac only) to make a custom ipsw and upgrade to 4.3.1 using that
