Cydia layout isn't the same and I can't download from it

Can you show us what you mean by "the Cydia layout changed," preferably with a screenshot or three (click power and the home buttons simultaneously, you'll see a flash and hear a camera shutter)?

Would you please also detail the errors you're getting? What does the error message say, what were you trying to do immediately before you got an error, and what were you expecting instead of the error?
