My cydia is coming up with error malformed line 3 and i cant get it to work i have ifile but i still cant figure out how to fix the error. So im told the only other way to fix the problem is to restore & rejailbreak my phone. Im trying to figure out how to do that or how to use ifile to fix cydia error. thanks

You could try using iphone explorer to delete the cydia.app folder, then rejailbreak to reinstall cydia.

Does anyone know what I need to do in ifile to fix the malformed line. Or what it should say so I can figure out what's not there
