greenpoison rc6 wont do it, even when I try dfu mode half dozen times.. frustrating. lol, and redsn0w not opening it..

Phone is now activated, with 3.1.3 old sim in it, MOdem Fw is 5.12.01 network is 5.6

My 3g is now on 3.1.3 and is now jailbroken, and works with a ATT sim, I ran ultrasn0w and it says installed, and when you reboot the phone, it stalls on that circle that rotates. I reinstalled ultrasn0w and same thing, circle rotating upon restart of phone, and hangs

FOr some reason the redsn0w will not open the 3.13 files I downloaded, the 0.9.4 so I cannot download and change the baseband.

Any other Unlock only ideas?
