    I believe some people were getting only one bar after jailbreaking. I don't think people were getting dropped calls, but it appeared they only had one bar. Someone, please correct me if I am wrong.

    You re right ...I have the same Issue but I have a SimLock free iPhone 4....

    I hope a fix will come soon without having to re Jailbreak again..

    I got the same thing here.... not unlocked, just JB.

    Everything works great, just the "1 bar issue"....
    I will wait the fix..

    There is a conflict between FW 4.31 and earlier BaseBands, so if you updated to 4.31 but did not update your BB then the phone only displays one bar whatever your actual reception.
    The existing UltraSn0w needs to be updated for minor incompatibilities with FW 4.31 and this display issue will also be fixed.
    The updated UltraSn0w will NOT unlock any new BaseBands.
