Default ModMyI Repo not working in Cydia

I upgraded and jailbroke 4.3.1, and then used pkgbackup to restore everything. After sorting through the safemode debacle and finding out that shrink and iconoclasm were to blame, I uninstalled them. However, I noticed that I was missing MyWi, and all other ModMyI apps other than My3G. In Cydia, it lists the ModMyI repo, but has no apps within it.

It may just be down right now. Give it some time, then refresh your sources and try again.

I just tried it myself and it seemed to be working fine when refreshing sources. Try giving it a shot now.

    Note: Cannot Locate Package

The package com.mywi4 cannot be found in your current installed sources....

Maybe pkgbackup messed something up with your sources then.

Perhaps, also, I am unable to uninstall and then reinstall the repo as well.

I was thinking the same thing since I'm experiencing similar issues. If PkgBackup did mess something up, any suggestions for correcting?

I'm not too familiar with pkgbackup myself, I prefer to reinstall everything myself so that I have less issues. You may have to restore and do something similar to get it working right.

Does anybody have a .deb to install Cydia? Thinking that maybe using CyDelete to remove Cydia and then reinstalling could remedy the issue -- much quicker/easier than restoring again.

    absolutely agree

I manually added the modmyi.com.list to the /etc/apt/sources.list and put deb http://apt.modmyi.com/ stable main but i got

    Type
    {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg 1252\cocoartf1038\cocoasubrtf350
' is not known on line 1 in source list
    /etc/apt/sources.list.d/modmyi.com.list

I just de-jailbroke and rejailbroke, and the problem remains.

I was able to fix the issue by following the steps in here: HACKSTOR: [How-To] Clean up Cydia

The video is in French (which I do not speak), but I was able to follow. After making the modifications and then going into Cydia --> More Package Sources (half way down on the Cydia start page) and add back modmyi, zodttd, and bigboss.
