Can I jailbreak/unlock

It is supposed to work. Getting a official carrier sim to activate with is always a better way to do it though.

ok idk why but i havent done any jailbreaking or updating today. but my iphone shut off today bc off low battery. whenever I plug it back in to charge and boot back up, it freezes at the lock screen. How do I unfreeze my iphone without updating it and losing my jailbreak?
