Upgrading to and JB-ing 4.3.1

Ok, I'm currently running 4.2.1 greenpois0ned. I have a ton of stuff installed through cydia. How do I go about preserving all that before I upgrade and JB 4.3.1?

I've never done this before, so I'm not sure what the process is to keep all the time and effort getting my phone the way I like it through an upgrade and new JB. The idea is to keep everything the way it is, but upgrade the FW, as I'm sure this is what we all want.

Sorry to be a noob, but thats what forums are for, right? lol

There are lots of tools in cydia like aptbckup that will back up all your jb tweaks just have follow the instructions

Is there any way to do a complete backup including cydia stuff, app store apps, settings, etc.?

If all else fails I suppose I'll have to do it all separate, but I'm trying to leave out human error, which I'm vary susceptible to lol. I don't even want to admit how many times I've forgot to back something up before formatting my PC. I don't want to make any mistakes with my lifeline (AKA my iphone).
