3g on 4.2.1 w/6.15 BB > WANT 3.1.3

I currently have a 3g on 4.2.1 and is jailbroken with the 6.15. However, I want to go back down to 3.1.3 with the 6.15 BB. Possible? How?

Yes, it is possible. Put ur iPhone into normal dfu and restore to 3.1.3. Use exit recovery to kick out error 1015.
Activate iPhone and use jailbreakme 2.0 or redsnow 0.9.4 but point to 3.1.2 ipsw
