How to downgrade iPad 4.3 to 4.2.1

Hello everyone. I was just wondering how to downgrade my iPad running on 4.3 to 4.2.1?

First question: do you have SHSHs for 4.2.1?

If you don't know offhand, you can check with TinyUmbrella (The Firmware Umbrella - TinyUmbrella).

If you've got 4.2.1 SHSH blobs, you can downgrade. Follow this tutorial.
If you do not have the blobs, you cannot downgrade.
