Cydia Errors cant delete app

Can someone help with this error, I have deleted a bunch of other repos errors but can get rid of this. I am on Verizon 4.2. Can I reinstall Cydia without losing all apps and setting?

you can try to go into it via ifile or openssh.... but more than likely i think you should rejailbreak or you should just do a restore.... when my cydia messes up and i fix it, it is always faster at messing up so i have just started rejailbreaking or restoring and then rejailbreaking

all that i would know to tell you is to restore.... i had that problem before and the only way that i got rid of it was restoring and rejailbreaking

Yeah, restoring is the fastest way to get rid of cydia errors. If you know how to ssh and go into cydia/d.lists and there is another list in another path that has caches , only then the problem will go away.
