feezing at end of call

just got 4.2.1 and some cydia tweaks but at end of calls the screen and phone freezes! wtf.
also i get crashes during a call, springboard. then need to force restart and springboard is crashed and then need to restart.
is this 4.2 issues or a cydia addon of some sort doing this?

It is due to MServer Mobile Substrait add on. Install SBsettings from cydia then swap your finger right or left at the top bar of springboard. Select more option from menu then select mobile substrait add on and turn off MServer. Now press home button. Spring board respiring automatically. Thats all

Hi

I had the same problem, which was very annoying and was going crazy. Went through the forums looking for an answer without any success. Some even suggested restoring the phone and rejailbreaking which i dident want to do as i had just spent a good part of two days reinstalling apps and getting it to the state it was before updating. Then i stumbled on this and your suggestion worked like a charm. Very grateful. Saved me alot of time. Cant thank you enough.

Maybe a bit off topic bestinn, but i have another problem. Every now and then (its happened twice today), without really doing anything the sb settings toggle doesn't open when i swipe at the top. The only way i can get it to work is by restarting the phone. Not sure if it has to do with disabling mserver. Any suggestions??? Also i think i know what mserver mobile substrate addon is for. It is for mcleaner app. Btw i am on 4.3.1 firmware.

Hi, i think you are right that Mserver is related to mcleaner. Now i am also on 4.3.1. And about your sbsetting problem it is not due to Mserver i am sure about it. I think your sbetting is not work due to conflicting with other software which required Activator. For this use these steps for checking.
- Goto setting on your iPhone
- Select Activator settings.
- Select Anywhere
- In statusbar section, select "Swipe Down" option and then select SBsettings.
It better now you manually restart your iphone. Now Swipe down your finger from iphone top screen to down instead to swipe your finger right or left. Now your SBsettings menu should come. Hope this will work for you. Also try to dignose some application which also using Activator and conflict with your SBsettings.
