my iphone 3gs will not turn on. it will charge if plugged in but wont hold a charge. wont recognise the fact its plugged into my laptop. i was jail broken about a month ago and i was managing my apps in cyida and i deleted the wrong thing and now its ****** please help

Have you tried putting it in DFU and restoring?

Do you know what firmware you were on before?

i think it was 4.1 but the phone wont connect to the laptop it will only charge it

yeah im on 02 and sorry i was being helped by a guy on mibbit but him and his friends thought it would be funny to take the piss. and ban me from the server becuase i was asking how to sort this problem out. i think i pressed make my life easyer yeah?

Ok, try putting it in DFU and restoring it.

ok i done that and itunes said downloading latest update. it downloaded it put failed to finish because it was corrupt this is the 8/9 time its done this and i dont know why.

Try downloading the firmware yourself and shift restoring to it in itunes.
