Default so close to being jailbroken but problems

Ok so i have a iphone 4 running 4.3.1. i cant downgrade so dont bother asking. i dont have a mac so im trying to JB with sn0wbreeze. I get all the way to the last step after the phone shows the snowflake and the bar goes across and it all looks good its supposed to stop and then i run ibooty correct? before i can do anything the phone just boots normally and has cydia but cydia crashes instantly when i press it and so does safari.

i then restored back to 4.3.1 standard and tried again. this time ,If on tiny umbrella on the advanced tab i check(set hosts to cydia on exit) i get a error message 1600 during the restore to the snowbreeze ipsw.

i restored back to 4.3.1 standard right now.

    please help. im so close!!

My cydia was not working the first try either, one reboot did the job for me. You should give it a try.

You have to run it to reboot your phone after iTunes is done syncing.

Just slide to power off. When it is off follow the instructions on ibooty with the phone connected.
