Weird screen with odd icons. Ip4 4.2.1 jb

i updated to 4.2.1 on my iphone 4 and used greenpoison to jb. today when i unlocked (slide to unlock)it to use it this morning it opened to an open window. i say window because it was like windows with a X in the corner. it was black and red. some icons were black and some were red. don't remember them all but did notice two were red with bluetooth icons and two with either a skull or greenpoison image. didn't know what it was so i closed it. any idea what it was and why? thanks.

Other than this weird thing, is your iphone running alright ? If it is, don't worry. Just the "ghost image" of GreenPoison lingers on, ( Just kidding )

only other things are twice when i tried to unlock from lock screen the slider was stretched out and you couldn't slide tab far enough to unlock but i have a setting where i can shake it to unlock it. and once the status bar at top with clock and signal bars were on side of screen and everything else was right. turned it off and back on and it was ok.
