Accidently Deleted Cydia

My father accidently deleted cydia on his Iphone 4 unlocked firmware 4.2.1 and he doesn't have mobile terminal installed on there. So there is no way I can do openSSH on his phone to reinstall cydia. Is there a way I can reinstall cydia again?

You might be able to reinstall cydia by rejailbreaking, but I'm not 100% sure that will work, do you have ifile or openssh installed?

Nah i dont have those installed at all, i wish i did it for him a while ago.

Try to rejailbreak if by that doesnt work then youd have to restore. You know how to preserve the baseband rig ht?

Try the spotlight search to make sure Cydia was uninstalled. I know there's a (new) version out that you can install using Safari Download Manager and iFile. Google the zip file and install it onto your device.

No I don't kno how to preserve the baseband. How would I do that?

You can download cydia in deb format and SSH to your iPhone.

I tried that but my iPhone4 won't allow it. My friend and I was trying everything and nothing worked. How can I reboot my iPhone if it won't sync with iTunes? I'm so frustrated and confused right now. All I wanted to do was get Frash so I can have a flash program for my phone. Idk im electronic friendly! Lol
