Downgrade to 4.2.1 wont work?

Iphone 4 on 4.3. got the SHSH blobs saved for 4.2.1.

try downgrading using tiny umbrella (TSS server) doesnt work it says 1013 error, ive gone into the host file and removed the GS.apple.com (what ever it is) and yet it still says error 1013.

any ideas? really wanna go back to 4.2.1 so i can jailbreak ?

Why can't you just run greenpois0n for 4.2.1 when you said you downgraded with SHSHs to 4.2.1.

You'll always get error 1013 so all you have to do is run greenpois0n on it to get past recovery mode.
