Ok well, without SHSHs you can only restore to 4.3.

If you can't use like iFunBox to access your iPod files, you can't do much with a boot loop that your iPod is stuck in. So you'll probably have to restore to 4.3.

No no no don't restore !
I had the same problem !
Connect your iPhone to your computer and use a USB iPhone file browser like iPhone Explorer. Go to private/var/stash/Applications.XXXX/ and delete "DreamBoard.app" then go to Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and delete DreamBoard.dylib.
    Your iPhone should stop respringing.

As I said I didnt restore
    1. I deleted the file u said in private as it was someone advice in another thread but nothing happened just respringing.
    2. Then after hours I got pissed so I deleted the dreamboard folder from root, and it was restarting already.
    3. When it opened I just got only the writing of apps, no icons, no theme just black background.
    4. I opened Cydia it was appearing and go to app to modify and uninstall, it restarted but now it was worse.
    5. I got only black background and nothing to do even if I touched it, I got to multitasking to find Cydia and got to app to uninstall, I was hesitating as I don't wanna lose my iPod again, but I uninstalled it.
    6. Restarted to find it normal with all apps and stuff
And that was the end, multitasking really saved me
    Thank u for ur advice
I hope u managed to get out of problem too
And that piece of sh it developer must be sure before putting app

Don't blame wyndwarrior. He really has good ideas, and his work is almost always free.

Thank you so much!!!! Got my 3GS up and running in no time! I couldn't delete the DB.app file but after I deleted the DB.dylib file it resprang two more times and was good to go! I went into cydia and removed this terrible terrible package! Let's hope that an update comes soon so that I didn't spend my $2.99 in vain
