Downgrading

I have an i4 that was recently (accidentally) upgraded to 4.3 firmware from 4.1.. Of course, lost my jailbreak!! Is it possible to downgrade at least to 4.2.. To be able to jailbreak again?? There us no jailbreak for 4.3 correct?

Do you have SHSHs saved?

Check with TinyUmbrella if you don't know.

Any time you get a iPhone used or new always run Tu to save your shsh. So you can upgrade or downgrade.Tu is your best friend

It never hurts to try and check. It also allows you to save them now for 4.3 for the future so you don't get stuck in this position again.

Well if you have SHSHs you can downgrade and have an untethered jb. That's why I asked.

If you don't have SHSHs, you can have a tethered jailbreak by using sn0wbreeze.

I tried the tethered jailbreak with Sn0wbreeze but it goes through the whole process, I connect to iTunes, shift + restore then it goes through that process and gets stuck on the apple and doesn't actually restart... I don't know if I need to do something different..

Are you putting it into pwned DFU mode with redsn0w first before restoring to your custom firmware?

I actually used sn0wbreeze to put it in dfu mode then did the iTunes shift restore.. Am I supposed to use redsn0w?
